I want to be an effective scientist, this means to me, solving important scientific problems, being a good mentor and collaborator, and actively trying to spread science.
I am currently a graduate student at Harvard University with Alán Aspuru-Guzik@The Matter Lab. My research centers around using machine learning techniques to build data-driven models for prediction of molecular properties and generation of new molecules and materials via generative models. Applications include solar cells, solubility, drug-design, and smelly molecules.
For me education has been truly a transformative experience, I dedicate part of my time to two projects of which I am a contributor and also founding member: “Clubes de Ciencia Mexico” and RIIAA, a summer school and ML conference in Mexico.
